If you've been looking for a way to support Childs Elementary at 16th and Wharton Streets, now's your chance! NICE - Neighbors Investing in Child Elementary is hosting a community meeting on Sunday April 23rd. They want to get more neighbors involved in their work and hear parent and community input before planning activities for the 2017-2018 school year. Come join us this Sunday, April 23rd at 3pm at Childs Elementary.

Philly Future Track (PFT) Program

The PFT provides temporary (6 months) employment and training opportunities for Young Adults (18-24 yrs.) living in the City. They must have a high school diploma/GED, legal status to work and a willingness to perform outdoor physical work in all types of weather conditions, along with a strong desire to access and utilize the in-class training.

The Streets Department has just reopened the application process for the next round. Please visit their website at: www.philadelphiastreets.com to download the application and job description. Completed applications should be hand delivered to the PFT Drop Box located at:
