  • City of Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspection - Learn about how a 311 request goes from a resident to L&I, and the City's process to resolve the request.
  • South Philly Food Co-op - Hear about the co-op's plans to open a community-owned grocery store in 2019.

Planning & Zoning Committee

EPBN's Planning & Zoning Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at DiSilvestro Rec Center (behind the health center/library, 15th and Morris).

Our next meeting is on Wednesday, December 19th at 6:30PM. The agenda as of now is below:

Clean & Green

EPBN participated in PHS's fall tree planting, held on Saturday, November 17th. The weather was great as we planted 32 trees in Point Breeze, with EPBN responsible for planting 22 of the total. Big thanks to Newbold CDC and West Passyunk Neighbors, along with South Philly Green, the PHS Tree Tenders group for the area. Special thanks to volunteers from the Travis Manion Foundation, and extra thanks to The Thirsty Soul, for hosting our after-planting gathering for the volunteers after the event. Photo below!
