1620 Reed Street – Application is for the erection of an attached building, height not to exceed 38’, with second floor rear yard deck, accessory roof deck with associated railings, and deck access structure for use as a 2-family dwelling. Refusal is because a 2-family dwelling is not permitted and the proposed deck floor level would be above that of the first story.
1503 Morris Street –Application is for conversion to 2-family dwelling and erection of roof deck. Refusal is because 2-family dwelling is not permitted.
1535 Morris Street – Application is for the legalization of an existing 2-family dwelling. Refusal is because 2-family dwelling is not permitted.
